Loading days

I was looking around the web for some ideas and I came across an interesting post about your loading days.
When you read about loading the focus is on a high fat diet for the first two days.  While I do love my high fat foods, there was something I found a little unappealing about stuffing myself with fried chicken and what not.  So when I read an article mentioning a different style of loading I was interested.
Basically the article said that you can accomplish your desire to fat load the first two days but you can do it in a healthier way.  The author stressed the good fats over things like processed and animal fats.

Better Loading Foods:
  • Greek Yogurt
  •  Avocados
  • Flaxseed Oil
  • Olive Oil
  • Whole Butter
  • Coconut Oil
  • MCT Oil
  • Cheese
  • Almond Butter
  • Peanut Butter & Jelly
  • Coconut Butter
  • Macadamian Nuts
  • Heavy Cream
  • Guacamole
