Cooking your meals.
So I thought I would share some ideas about meals and cooking. First and foremost, if you can, grilling is a great way to prepare your protein. With good seasoning the grill is a great way to infuse flavor into your meats without the aid of fats. A little smoke has a tremendous effect on the flavor of your meat.
The other way I found to cook and impart flavor into my meat was to braise it. If your like me you like your meat either rare or medium rare but I usually add some fat to my meat when I do this especially red meat. I did find however that if I braised my meat with some homemade chicken, vegetable or fish stock I could achieve great flavor. once the meat has cooked you can also separate the remaining fat from the cooking liquid.
